The origine of Western porcelain can be traced back to China and Japan from where they were imported to Europe.

Kaori NAKAMATSU composes a new world in porcelain which combines the Oriental and the Western cultures with unique Japanese sensibility.

All the pieces in porcelain is entirely hand-painted by KAORI NAKAMATSU with unique Japanese sensibility in her workshop in France. Certain series are fully hand-made also by herself.

Her major source of inspiration is a fragile beauty in nature, its ephemerality as well as ancient motifs.
